Calling the various zend_get_parameters() functions with param_count being smaller than arg_count,
would result in the last arguments begin returned, instead of the first ones.
For example, if you only read 2 arguments out of 3 in function foo(), foo(1,2,3) would return
'2' and '3', instead of '1' and '2'.
This is fixed in the latest CVS.
