Try running php.exe from the command line - it'll complain about something (most probably
php_mysql.dll which you most probably don't have, and if you do - cannot be loaded because PHP
4.0 has built-in MySQL support).
This error situation results in a header messup in PHP 4.0.0. This is fixed in the CVS (scheduled
for 4.0.1)
