Bug description: exec(), system() do not execute programs successfully
The problem occurs with any exec() operation, e.g.:
exec("echo text");
Scripts with an exec() call hang the webserver, which needs to be ctrl-alt-deleted and started up
again. No error messages are given.
I'm running the release version of PHP4, Xitami webserver, win98.
