Building Zend with the C compiler for AIX is currently
broken, because Zend uses GCC inline semantics which are not
supported by the compiler. The following patch fixes this by
optionally enabling C0x inline semantics.
Please apply the patch and let me know whether it works for
you.

The patch will apply cleanly to a recent checkout or
snapshot. Remember to run buildconf.
