Bug description: use with website server : php.exe crashes
When php 4.0 is used as a cgi program with the O'reilly
Website Professional Web Server (2.3x) it crashes.
The crash-messagebox holds following information :
- OleMainThreadWndName: php.exe - Application error
Trying to debug the process through visual c++ 6.0 debugger leads into php4ts.dll where a memory
exception is thrown 0x0000c5
