Bug Type: Misbehaving function
Description: include()'d files do not know about variables if called with an absolute url
The documentation says that include() is supposed to work the same with remote or local files.
While it is rather probable that remote files are executed remotely and only the output is sent, the
docu suggests otherwise. Maybe the bug is in the docu here.
