ada_fieldnum() is documented in the online docs. There is a function in
adabasd.c called php3_Ada_fieldNum, but it has been ifdef'ed out, and
there is no ada_fieldnum() in the function_entry array. Should I remove
this function from the docs, or does somebody want to verify that it works
and uncomment it?
