Hi, I posted a new set of the basic development Windows binaries at http://va.php.net/~andi/php-4.0.1dev-Win32.zip A lot of people have had problems running Win32 PHP 4 with Apache as a CGI. I haven't been able to reproduce the problem but I fixed a bug which might have been the problem. I would appreciate people who have had this kind of problem (PHP 4 dying in php4ts.dll when trying to run as Apache CGI) to send me feedback if these new binaries are still crashing for them.
