uodbc compatibility files

I've added a uodbc directory under the extras directory. This contains files that can be used with the changes I made to the uodbc module. This allows you to write to one set of functions, but utilize that script for any of the databases. It is untested, just a direct mapping of functions. If those of you using/testing against the various databases supported in the uodbc module can compile the module with UODBC_UNIQUE_NAMES defined, it will change the function names to dbname_* instead of odbc_*, then you can try out using these scripts. While these changes are not necessary on unix, it is on windows, in order to support direct connections to anything other than plain odbc.
