PHP Bug Type: Misbehaving function
Bug description: func_num_args() doesn't work
The following code:

function foobar() {
$numargs = func_num_args();
return $numargs;
}
echo(foobar());
?>
Produces the following error:
Fatal error: func_num_args(): Can't be used as a function parameter in test.php on line 3
