Log Message:
Set datetime conversion format to "Nov 3 1998 8:06PM". This is the
default format for the ct-lib that comes with Sybase ASE 11.5.1 for
Solaris, but the Linux libraries that come with 11.0.3.3 default to
"03/11/98" which is singularly useless. This levels the playing field
for all platforms. Sorry if this breaks code that expects some other format,
but you can always sybase's convert() function to get the date in the format
you want.
