PHP Web Base RAD

I'm looking for a PHP web based RAD tool. I want to place buttons on a screen (similar to VB or JBuilder from Bourland/Inprise) and click on them to add PHP code that will execute when they are pressed. I would like to eventually build a stable of components: List box, text box, button, label, etc. that allow you to use RAD techniques to come up with a page that is either dynamically generated or code assisted. (Similar to DrumBeat?) I found Boa, but could not get it to run under Linux, and the developers of Boa are windows based guys. :( [They are nice, though] It also was external to PHP. I'm hoping for something that would run within PHP. Does anyone have any leads? I'm just starting this hill. The hardest part for me is the HTML. I don't know enough of it yet. bug
