Bug description: imageWBMP () and ImageCreateFromWBMP()
GD Library already support WBMP as images.
WBMP is the standard for images on wireless devices, as WAP phones.
Using PHP with WBMP is very cool and fast (creating interactive WAP pages is really easy and
powerfull tnx to PHP), and having the ability to generate WBMP images on the fly would be very nice.
Looking forward for 2 new functions:
imageWBMP() and ImageCreateFromWBMP()
