PHP Bug Type: Scripting Engine problem
Bug description: fgetcsv can´t handle a " in a file
The function fgetcsv() get PHP to crash when it reads a line with a " in the file.
It´s no configuration problem, I work with the 'standard PHP 4 config'
No extra modules.
