Sessions don't work with save_handler mm

In latest cvs, the session module doesn't work with shared memory. Storing to files seems to work. Debugging the mm Module shows that the global init function gets called twice, but the shared memory initialization seems to fail (data->mm == NULL, data->hash == NULL in ps_mm_initialize()).
