Current script's path. That's no good - it should try and get real
path. We'll look into fixing it.

Yes, it has changed - because of thread-safety support (you can't just do
chdir() in threaded environment). If you don't use thread-safety, 4.0.1
will disable virtual chdir support, so you get old behaviour.

Not, you have to disable VIRTUAL_DIR in php.h and rebuild. If you *still*
will have this problem (which is highly improbable, but just in
case) please report, along with your configure line and environment
details.
