Any reasons why I shouldn't add one more argument to dba_[p]open()
specifying what type of db to create? Or, better said, after looking at
the sources in ext/dba, just make some of the handlers use one more
argument that gets passed to them?

Don't you know any other way to use php to create db file on the fly as my
wish? And about apache, can I use a btree with UserDBFile ??
