Description: php.ini Configuration File Settings Ignored
This bug should not have been closed.
Even though I incorrectly stated the compile flag, I did use the correct --with-config-file-path.
PHPINFO() outputs the correct pathname for the configuration file. It simple does not acknowledge
any values set in the file. I have reproduced this on 4 different RH6, 6.1 and 6.2 boxes with
different versions of Apache. The Win32 version doesn't seem to exhibit the problem.
