I'm not on the dev list anymore, so I'm just reading the newsgroup.
Sascha (I think) suggested that the way to fix user-handled
session storage was to set the ini entries:
session.save_handler = user
session.save_path = /tmp
Well, I did a recompile, changed those settings, restarted apache.
It still doesn't work.
Before, I had these errors:
Warning: Failed to write session data. Please check that the current
setting of session.save_path is correct (/t
mp) in Unknown on line 0
[Wed Jun 28 17:49:17 2000] [notice] child pid 10438 exit signal Segmentation
fault (11)
Now, I get this:
Warning: Missing argument 1 for sess_close()
in session.inc on line 12
[Thu Jun 29 15:20:01 2000] [notice] child pid 12518 exit signal Segmentation
fault (11)
So, I changed my sess_close() function (which used to take one argument, but
now takes none, I guess), and just get the segfaults.
