FWIW, I've seen the same problem with code that worked great under PHP
3.x. For some reason it clears up if I change the name of the variable
that's grabbing pg_connect:
$dbconn =
pg_connect("localhost","5432","","","ulsantoday");
So, as files have err'd, I've changed it on a case-by-case basis and it
seems to clear up the problem.
