This is possible: ParentClass::Function()
Why this isn´t:
$class='ParentClass';
$class::Function();
Variable functions are allowed and variable classes on creation and access too, the above ought to be possible too or am I wrong?

How do I access a variable from a non-instanciated class (I know this has been discussed before, but I do not find the right postings anymore)
eg.
A::variable1;
in
class A {
var $variable1='foo'; }
