PHP version: 4.0 Latest CVS (04/07/2000)
PHP Bug Type: Misbehaving function
Bug description: is_executable fails for user id root
If the current user id is root (CGI PHP) :
rwxr-xr-x : is_executable() returns 1 : OK.
rw-r--r-- : is_executable() returns 1 : WRONG
No problem if current user is not root.
