Bug description: When compiling with ZTS enabled, Interbase support breaks
Macros break on ibase_globals and core_globals when ZTS is enabled. interbase.c is apparently not
completely supporting ZTS. Tried to hack in a fix, got it to compile but wastes no time crapping out
when trying to invoke the ibase functions afterward. Confirmed across all 4.0.x releases including
pl2, on Linux.
