I'm taking a blind stab in the dark at this, but here goes nothing:
GINIT: Globals init
GSHUTDOWN: Globals cleaning (why? the process is exiting anyway.. maybe
for thread-safe Zend this might be necessary though)
MINIT: Module init (after globals have been initialized)
MSHUTDOWN: Module shutdown
RINIT: Request init (Prepare your request-specific stuff here)
RSHUTDOWN: Request shutdown (and now clean up after the request)
I wouldn't doubt that I'm probably wrong on the GINIT/GSHUTDOWN entries,
but those seem, at least to me, the most likely possibilities for those.
