Bug description: Undocumented date-formatting character "T"
If I place the character "T" in the formatting-string of the date-function the interpreter
crashes, i.e. Windows reports that php.exe terminated due an unexpected application error.
But php.exe returns a valid HTML-Page. There's nothing missing. The timezone is displayed
correctly.
I cannot find the "T"-character in the documentation. Is it not fully implemented?
