Bug description: inetinfo.exe crashes on startup
I installed PHP on IIS 4.0. I get Dr.Watson as soon as I try to start the w3svc. So I used the MS
IIS Exception Monitor to find the Problem. The Log there just says that the Symbols for inetinfo.exe
could not be loaded. So I installed these (sp4symi.exe) but the Problem is still the same. I used
the optimized php.ini
