Bug description: missing cvs $Id: ... $ in some files
in some files there are cvs $Id: $ tags missing,
so that you can identify the version of file, you
checkout, more easily.
notably i stumbled over it at:
functions/adabasd.c
functions/unified_odbc.c
maybe many more.
