The user needs only "lib/libpfpro.so" and "include/pfpro.h", supplied in the SDK in the signio/linux/lib directory. The "pfpro" binary executable is not needed as the library is called directly. The SDK can be downloaded from https://testmanager.signio.com/Downloads/Downloads_secure.htm for which you need to have a Signio account - you can sign up for a test-mode account for free at www.signio.com. The config.m4 looks for the files automatically in /usr and /usr/local, and you can specify exactly where they are with --with-pfpro=<dir>. As for distributing it with PHP, I am awaiting a response from Signio.
