Bug description: PHP 4.0.1,PL1&PL2 - IIS4.0 Hangs on startup when modules are compiled.
NT Server 4.0 with Service Pack 5
IIS 4.0 Installed from Option Pack 4.0
PHP is installed in IIS using the ISAPI Module Method.
This problem does not seem to exist in PHP Versions 4.0 and earlier.
When a module (in my case odbc) is included in the php.ini file, IIS hangs on start up, which
somehow also causes Microsoft Management Console to Hang on Startup, as well as Option Pack 4.0
Setup/Config to Hang. This error is reproducable.
