[Patch] gd and ldap made shared

Hello, Here's a patch for PHP 4.0.1pl2 that permits to build GD and LDAP extensions with 'shared' option. You need to run autoconf after this patch is applied. I haven't tested it thoroughly, but at least the dynamically linked modules build and load successfully. GD worked OK most of the time, but usage of ImageTTFBBox() function brings me a segfault. I am reluctant to find out why. Tell me what you think. Not sure if a zipped attachment will squeeze through the MLM. If not, ask me for it. P.S. I also tried to modularize WDDX, but it turns out to be used by the session code.
