PHP version: 3.0.5
PHP Bug Type: Documentation problem
Bug description: charset
Since my web browser does not use western charcter set by default, documents which includes
something like umlaut become to look somewhat funny. Then, I would like you to set web server up to
use 'charset' or use meta tag to make browser be able to figure out what kind of charcter
set is used. (e.g <meta HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" content="text/html;
charset=iso-8859-1"> )
Thank you,
