Hi.. y need a function (other than "imap_mime_header_decode()" this doesn't
work for me...) to decode strings like the following...
=?iso-8859-1?Q?LATIN_WINGS_Su_Centro_de_Informacion_en_Espa=F1ol_Contacte?=
