"Fatal error: Unable to load dynamic library 'C:\PHP3\php3_oci80.dll' One of the library files needed to run this application cannot be found. in c:\inetpub\wwwroot/ORALOGON.PHP3 on line 2" but php3_oci80.dll id in the c:\php3 and extension_dir is c:\php3 help please ; how ca i solve this problem ;
