Why I can not use Oracle

When I use a PHP file to connect Oracle database,my explorer tell me:
"Fatal error: Call to unsupported or undefined function ocilogon() in bykp.inc on line
54",
and When I open another PHP file it say:
"Fatal error: Call to unsupported or undefined function page_open() in
g:/inetpub/wwwroot/login.php on line 2"
How I deal with this question?

to c:\winnt\php3.ini *******************
