For that reason, neither is its PHP module. mSQL will be supported under Win32 when Hughes releases an official Win32 build and an API - but I'm pretty doubtful it'd happen. If you're just starting off, you'd be much better off starting with MySQL, which is supported under Win32, apart from being better by several orders of magnitude than mSQL.
