crashing php4 win32 with ease (sometimes), while linux returns error

Try to execute this on Win32, it crashes (reproduceable, regularly) in my complex script only, while php on linux returns a wonderful error message ("Fatal error: Call to undefined function: access_data() in ..."), I spend 4 f****** hours on this one... If executed like below I get an error an Win32 too, it only crashes in my script which is more complex. Perhaps some kinf of a "leak".
