You could also add time() to the list of things going into MD5, which would greatly increase your odds of staying unique.
no I can´t, they´re too unique then ;) I need to be able to resolve them later... 1. Primarykeys(Date=>'2000-06-06 10:10:10',User=>Bug,OS=>ZeevOs2000) 2. concat the values and md5() them 3. I´ve an unique identifier for a single row in a result set now, I´m able to transport without problems (no security probs,no urlencode() and forth...) in an URL great, isn´t it? regards -- o----------0-¬---------O-·---¬----o---®-----o o O ° . | http://www.kiffen.de | pRoteçt y0ur bRaín |0 O ° ¤ ° · 0°·³°²'²³-¹'³´³°^°³~³²³°'³²²¨³²^³¹³²°²³`³º³°Þ ° o © ° . · | psychedelic experience | gott@kiffen.de | O ° o ° o-¬--o--0-----©-·--O-----o-----0-¤----------o 0 ° · ° . ¤ ·
