I think the unix-timestamp is a kind of sub-optimal. I´d ask if we shouldn´t add date/time functions relying on the newer standard format YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS (I think the "-" has to be left out for y2k compliance, at least with cookies)... There are two things beeing very disturbing... 1. All time/date functions just work until that day 1 in 1970 and if I want to know which weekday belongs to 1969-12-31 - I`m not able to. (this one made me posting this time) 2. As mentioned (in another posting) they work only until 2037 (2104 if unsigned) and further dates, weekdays and so on cannot be processed. any thoughts on this? -- o----------0-¬---------O-·---¬----o---®-----o o O ° . | http://www.kiffen.de | pRoteçt y0ur bRaín |0 O ° ¤ ° · 0°·³°²'²³-¹'³´³°^°³~³²³°'³²²¨³²^³¹³²°²³`³º³°Þ ° o © ° . · | psychedelic experience | gott@kiffen.de | O ° o ° o-¬--o--0-----©-·--O-----o-----0-¤----------o 0 ° · ° . ¤ ·
