Hmm... CLIENT_SQLI_VER should be defined in sqlhdr.h, but apparently
isn't. Can you confirm this?
Workaround: add the following before line 534 in ifx.ec:
#ifndef CLIENT_SQLI_VER
#define CLIENT_SQLI_VER IFX_VERSION
#endif
