Just a comment. The reason for the problem is that Oracle has included
some LDAP functions. According to someone at Oracle, there's a full
LDAP SDK (including SSL) in there in version 8.1.6. So one interesting
possibility is to make PHP use the Oracle LDAP SDK. I've got some docs
and might get paid for doing it.
I hope the link order is changed in CVS, else there will be many more
bug reports.
