Bugs statistics

I have added functionality to bugs.php.net as follows: * bugstats.php - allows you to see the summary for only bugs of PHP3 or only bugs of PHP4 * bugstats.php - added a total and link for bugs of each state. * bugs.php - the listing of "Feedback" bugs now lists the number of days they have been in Feedback with no change * bugs.php - you can now search for bugs in state "oldfeedback", which will list all bugs that have been in feedback state for more than 60 days. There are now 668 "Open" PHP3 bugs and 607 "Open" PHP4 bugs. There are 36 bugs that are neither PHP3 nor PHP4! I hope they are all fixed by now :-) Damn that lag on the webserver updates makes testing slow! Apologies for the parse error in the bugs interface earlier whilst I waited for the update to go live.
