Problem:
get_browser() always returns false, tried 2 diff. browscap.ini
files and 6 different browsers, with both CGI and static Apache
module, both with CVS a/o 9 AM today (-0700 UTC).
you´re not running win32, are you? it doesn´t on Win32 too
