I´m guessing you´re doing sth wrong. NT Server is almost the same as NT WS and even Win98 is not
that different :)
- You should check your apache configuration.
- You should check if apache is started.
- What type of error code do you receive.
In addition, please use the latest verion of PHP (4.0.1pl2 or CVS).
