Hello,
I encoutered some strange problem I though. Sascha's mcrypt_create_iv
code read from /dev/random the requested nr of bytes for the IV, but
sometimes only 2 bytes could be read, and so the function returned an IV
of 2 (and not the requested length). I suspect this has something to do
that /dev/random didn't have enough bytes ready. Can somebody verify
that this could be possible?
Kind Regards,
