I do not know how to do this. Besides, I do not know how to make it noticeable - there is way too
much output generated by configure. In addition to that I do not know if this is a common practice
in the PHP community. If somebody who knows what they are doing (e.g. Rasmus) says it is good, and
someone knows where to put it and how to do it - please do so. I honestly do not want to mess with
configure scripts because I do not know enough about that.

Maybe we can also modify the configure script to spit out a similar
message?
