I gave up on it and am using Perl now(IIS SUCKS!).
I have the same problem as everyone else. When I install it at the site
level then the directory, or one AND/OR the other and then kill all my
services and then start my www services, they do not start. And when they
do start they lock they use 100% cpu, so I have to kill it anyhow. It works
when I remove PHP completely.
