Top level Makefile

On a fresh checkout of the php4 tree, the top level Makefile doesn't appear to be getting generated. Can someone else confirm this, or am I just missing something obvious? $ ./buildconf $ ./configure [options] $ make make: no target to make. And there's no Makefile. -- Jon Parise (jon@csh.rit.edu) .
