PHP Bug Type: Misbehaving function
Bug description: function_exists() doesnt work with Imagefunctions
function_exists() doesnt work with Imagefunctions like ImagePng, ImageGif, ImageJpeg and so on
because all of these functions are defined even when i compile with only gif support.
