Hi,
I reproduced Bug #5005 on NT 4, PHP4.0.1-Dev (from swwwing).
With PHP4isapi.dll as ISAPI Filter all authentication fails.
Workaround:
I removed the php4isapi.dll as Filter and after having a complete webserver
crash and rebooting authentication works and PHP4 still works. Removing the
Filter must brake something else though, because otherwise the Filter would
not be needed in the first place.
