I take it from the abundant conversation about it that browscap is a
tool for evaluating browser capabilities. However, I have yet to see
a copy, and all this talk of a "*.ini" file makes me wonder if it is
somehow platform specific. Is this file available, and where?
The get_browser() function is available for a long long time now if I remember correclty and it has to be feeded with a browscap.ini
you can get one from
http://www.asptracker.com/
but you could also wait on the next php release it´ll be bundled to :)
